Cancellation and refund requests are subject to a case-by-case review. However, it should be noted that, generally, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not available. 

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled before the product is manufactured. If you choose to cancel your order at this stage, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been produced and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. 

Returns (if applicable)

Due to the nature of press-on nails and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we regret to inform our valued customers that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any Nanails products. It is important to note that returned or refused packages are not eligible for a refund and will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. We prioritize the health and well-being of our customers above all else, and this policy is in place to ensure that every purchase meets our rigorous quality control measures. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to uphold our dedication to providing you with the best in beauty and style.

Refunds (if applicable) 

We are dedicated to provide products of the highest quality to all our customers. However, if by any chance your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please do not hesitate to get in touch at [email protected] in the first instance. Our customer service team will be most delighted to investigate and make it right.

Once a decision has been reached by the customer service team, we will gladly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

It is essential to note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Additionally, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Please be aware that we are unable to refund any customs fees incurred with your order.
