What happens if I received my order but size does't fit? (Only for first time purchase)

For our new customers, if you happen to notice significant sizing differences (>2mm), please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to provide you with a 30% discount code for your next purchase, which can be used for any of our wonderful products (excluding sale items).

The process for requesting assistance is as follows:

1. Send photographs of the nail pieces with inaccuracies to [email protected] along with your Order ID.

2. Nanails will review your request and confirm the application of the discount code if applicable.
