The process for requesting assistance is as follows:

1. Send photographs of the nail pieces with inaccuracies to [email protected] along with your Order ID.

2. Nanails will review your request and confirm the application of the discount code if applicable.

• Wrap a soft ruler around the curvature of the nail to measure the widest point. If you do not have a soft ruler, you can use paper to encircle the nail and make a mark. Then, use a ruler to measure.  
• It is recommended to choose a slightly larger size than a smaller one. If most of your fingers match the size but one finger is 1mm smaller, choose the size that matches most of your fingers.
